Job Description

Our IT client requires US Payroll Analysts on an urgent basis.
The primary function of this position is to process US Payroll (travelers from India) and assisting India payroll at Sapient.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities typically include the following and others as assigned:



Payroll Tasks:

• Process US Payroll in accordance with company policy & US statutory requirements.

• Coordinating with US payroll team, Payroll Vendor and other internal departments for timely & accurate payouts.

• Prepare payroll reconciliation and bank transfers.

• Maintains confidentiality of all accounting and financial records.


Desired Candidate Profile

Shift-timings: 12 noon to 9 PM, but should be flexible to work for any timing, including night shifts when required. Applicant should have atleast 1-2 years of work experience on US payroll. Strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
