Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:

* Lead team of Java developers and apply hands on approach

* To ensure timely development of quality systems & on going support of systems.

* Responsible for end to end solutions in defined systems.

* To work as Solution Architect & continuously improve the systems

* Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle for systems used globally

* Requirement gathering, understanding and analysis of business processes

* Gap analysis and suggesting optimum work-around processes and improvements

* Good people-skills; contribute to user acceptance, change-management and training

* To develop team members
Desired Candidate Profile
* Should have 3-5 years of experience in Java
* Should have strong database knowledge ( SQL, Oracle etc)
* Should have strong exposure on Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL
* Should have knowledge on Java Scripts and database related applications.
* Should be creative and Innovative approach to data analysis, integration with other systems
* Good understanding of I.T functions and role of I.T in software implementations.
* Should have managed a team
* Good Communication


Preferred : SAP integration,Understanding of Professional Services Industry

Minimum Qualification : BE/B.Tech
Minimum Qualification Specialization : Computers/Electronics/IT
Preferred Qualification : ME/M.Tech
