Job Description:
Primary Responsibility:

a) Development of new territories, Executing strategies for sales and business growth
b) Business promotion among institutional clients
c) Providing data support to State Manager for preparing proposals for launching new schemes
d) Profitability enhancement from the territory
e) Enhancing Market Share of Netafim in the given territory
f) Identifying potential dealers, review dealer performance in existing business, review infrastructural and management capabilities of the dealers to handle Netafim’s business, propose the dealer for awarding Netafim’s dealership to the State Manager
g) Providing data support for budgeting sales planning and execution to the State Manager, management of budget for the territory, review and taking corrective actions
h) Collections
Customer satisfaction enhancement and brand building for Netafim

Secondary Responsibility:

a) Market intelligence and feedback to management
b) Communication management between RO, dealers’ office and field staff
c) Coordination with logistics for timely material supply and with accounts for timely release of payment to dealers, submission of credit and debit notes
d) Networking with agricultural consultants for business development and referrals
Directing and motivating field and dealers’ staff – ensuring performance levels

Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate must be a BE/ B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech with )-5 Years of experience in same Industry.
